In #menshealthweek think about how you deal with #stress

Men’s Health Week 2014 runs from the 9th to 15th June and focuses on health and work, including stress and unemployment.

Although all people can suffer from stress there has been an increase in reported stress levels in recent years.

Whilst there are many ways to reduce stress some people misuse alcohol or drugs to tackle stress. This might seem to help in the short term but may also lead to problems of their own.

Advice and support is offered by GPs and /or The Recovery Partnership.
