Action on Smoking and Health have responded to the  WHO report on the regulation of electronic cigarettes. ASH has made clear that they supported product and advertising regulations but not inclusion in smokefree legislation. ASH encourages organisations to develop their own policy on electronic cigarette use in the work place.
