Is drug use in #Warwickshire changing?

A new report by the Royal College of Psychiatrists suggests that the changing nature of drugs and drug use in the UK requires a different response from treatment providers.

The report indicates that new challenges are being created by New & Emerging Drugs (NEDs), sometimes referred to as “Legal Highs” or “NPS” and that treatment services need to demonstrate that they are capable of responding to the changing culture of use among a wide variety of drug users.

The report also claims that on average, one new drug a week is coming on to the market across Europe, with the majority being available online.
