Increase in problem drinkers receiving treatment. Good news for #AAW2014

A recently published report states that the numbers of people engaging in the alcohol treatment system in England has increased by 5% between April 1st 2013 – March 31st 2014.

Rates for successful completion are currently 42%, 3% higher than the national average. “Structured alcohol treatment plays a vital role along with less intensive support in preventing and reducing harm and promoting recovery”.
